NACCHO Annual 2019’s Exhibit Hall will be located in the Hilton Bonnet Grand Ballroom. This ballroom is next to the registration lobby and posters for maximum traffic.

We greatly value our exhibitors and value your support of this meeting. We have created booths instead of tabletop displays to enhance your marketing and allow additional space for banners or tables.
Our exhibit hall will have 6 x 10 booths.
The 2019 Exhibitor Package includes the following:
- 6’ x 10’ booth with back and side drape
- 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket
- Nightly cleaning (carpet and wastebasket)
- Carpeted ballroom (No need to purchase additional carpet)
- One full conference registration per 6’x10’ booth ($600 value; includes admittance to sessions, the exhibit hall, conference meals, and the social event)
- Three complimentary Exhibit Hall only passes for booth personnel and associates
- Recognition as an exhibitor on the conference website
- Exhibitor ribbons for booth personnel
- Five (5) drink tickets for exhibitors to use at Welcome Reception
