NACCHO360 provides industry suppliers many opportunities to support and be seen. From sponsorships of entire events at the convention, to numerous branding items – hotel keys, lanyards, tote bags, inserts in the tote bag given to attendees – there's something for every budget and marketing program.
Passport to Prizes Program – Most Popular Engagement Opportunity
Passport to Prizes is our most popular booth traffic building activity that attracts and keeps attendees on the exhibit floor. Each attendee will receive a passport card with their registration credentials. Attendees must stop by each participating exhibitor to receive a stamp on their Passport. Attendees must complete the entire Passport to be eligible for the Prize Drawings. Participating companies will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Availability Limited: 25 available spots | $1,000/$750
You can reserve your Passport to Prize slot in the MYS Exhibitor Dashboard. Two options are available:

Passport to Prizes PLUS - Donate Gift/ Fee - $750
By agreeing to participate in the Passport to Prizes PLUS Program and pay $750, exhibitors agree to provide a raffle gift of at least $250 in value. Ideas include AirPods, Apple Watch, BEATS Headphones, $250 Gift Cards, Services, etc.

Passport to Prizes/ Fee $1,000
Participating at this level alleviates the need to purchase and ship a gift to NACCHO360. NACCHO will be responsible for providing gifts to raffle.
Recognition Benefits as a Passport Sponsor
- Company logo will be printed on the passport
- Prominent thank you signage located in the exhibit hall
- Recognition signage provided to each sponsoring exhibitor to display at their booth
- Thank you list in the conference mobile app.
